Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams Payroll & Shared-Service Germany suchen wir Sie als Specialist Master Data Management (w/m/d) im Bereich Payroll & Shared Service Germany für unseren Standort in Saalfeld/Thüringen in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist für 2 Jahre befristet.

Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung, Pflege und Dokumentation einzelner Personalvorgänge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personalreferenten

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der ordnungsgemäßen Entgeltabrechnung

• Abwicklung des Bescheinigungswesens in Abstimmung mit dem Personalreferenten sowie HR-Administrator

• Abwicklung und Sicherstellung von Angelegenheiten der Zeitwirtschaft

• Unterstützung der Organisationsentwicklung nach Vorgaben

Voraussetzungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzausbildung Personalfachkaufmann/-frau oder einschlägiges Studium

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen wünschenswert

• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP/ HR und dem MS Office Paket

• gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

• gute Englischkenntnisse

• Selbständige, zuverlässige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Bereitschaft zur Eigeninitiative, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
