Job description
As a Public Policy Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Infineon navigating through the EU Policy and Legislative advancements. You will track Brussel’s latest updates, attend public events, and help with communication activities.

In your new role, you will:
  • Be responsible for the monitoring of EU Policy and Legislative developments through online sources, public events, conferences, and other sources of information;
  • Track, stay updated, and inform Infineon on EU policy developments and initiatives;
  • Attend public events relevant to EU policymaking to collect insights and network;
  • Assist in the coordination of events between the organization and policymakers by maintaining regular communication;
  • Support with internal communication activities (e.g.: Internal Newsletter).
Your profile
You are a natural networker, highly communicative, who thrives in small talks and building connections. You are an ambitious and motivated person, eager to learn and excel in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this role if you:
  • Are studying or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Law, or an equivalent field;
  • Have an interest in the Technology, Manufacturing, and Business to Business sectors;
  • Have an affinity for Policymaking;
  • Are fluent in English. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
