As an exterior validation mechanic, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• You carry out independent defect analyses and evaluate different fault patterns.
• You will operate measuring devices and machines
• You will also disassemble and reassemble parts and components with using different tools and connection techniques.
• You document the work and work results in the respective rework system including vehicle tracking.
• Communication with our interface partners (e.g. presentation of defects) is also in your responsibility.
• As part of your job, you are responsible for order and cleanliness and use test equipment, tools and operating materials responsibly.

What should you bring along?         

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (ideally specializing in automotive mechanics, automotive mechatronics or automotive electronics) or equivalent knowledge acquired elsewhere.
• English skills (B1 or better)
• Class B driving license.
• High quality awareness and joy in handling new vehicles.
• Safe use of IT applications (PC applications, computer-aided test systems, mobile data collection devices) and commitment to continuously expand IT and vehicle knowledge.
• Willingness to travel abroad for qualification reasons.
• Being a structured and self-responsible employee.
• Fluent Hungarian communication skills and English language skills (B1 or better) are required. German language knowledge would be an advantage. Individual language courses are available.
