,,Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow
,,Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs
,,Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with cross-functional teams
,,Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency(Personnel, Capital, Material, Area, Speed) and cost performance through simulation and work method optimization
,,Partner with Automation team in the transition of i4.0 initiatives roll out in the factory
,,Model and Analyze different business requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
,,Tool up business case, validation and prepare proposals for management review
,,Support the automation of data collection and evaluation
,,Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Engineering Major)
,,3+ of experience in industrial engineering, planning or other technical field related to manufacturing of electronic components
,,A strong team player with excellent communication skills and prefer to have project management experience
,,Highly analytical with desire to initiate improvements
,,Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles will have distinct advantage
,,Prior experience in driving Automation projects is preferred
,,AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
