Executive Assistant CFO (f/m/d) part-time (20-30 h)

  • Administrative support for the CFO
  • Preparation of presentations, statistics and reports
  • Organization of meetings, events and business trips including preparing travel expense reports
  • Careful preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Monitoring and coordinating appointments
  • Independent handling of correspondence in German and English
  • Collaboration on special projects

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in the field of management assistance
  • 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Strong communications and team skills as well as discretion and confidentiality
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
