Technical Skillset Required:
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of wireless network design, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements for wireless communication technologies.
Familiarity with network simulation tools (e.g., Anritsu, Spirent, Keysight) and test equipment (e.g., signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
Strong technical expertise in wireless testing methodologies, tools, and protocols.
Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to drive the successful implementation of wireless communication projects within the organization.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is preferred.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry standards in the wireless communication domain.
Areas of Responsibility:
Capable of Technical Presales & Customer facing role Extensive experience in Customer requirement analysis, Customer Demo & RFP analysis & Submission. Experienced in Leading Pilot Projects/PoC at customer location/lab, execution in Embedded Software products.
Should have experience in working in Product development/Services.
Should be able to Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Project Management Experienced: Project planning, project tracking, Reporting.
One who can Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Ready to travel 30-40% domestic customer visits.
