Please note that the position is located in Munich, Germany. Three days of on-site work per week are required, and German language skills (B2 level) are a must. Thank you!

 

 

OUR TECH-STACK

YOUR TASKS

  • As part of an agile team, you will manage our SaaS customer projects for our Loyalty Management Suite (LMS) while keeping operability and security in mind.
  • You will maintain a holistic view of the services provided and be part of the 2nd-level on-call team.
  • You will use your expertise in operations, cloud, networking, and monitoring to shape the continuous development of our projects.
  • A high degree of automation is very important to us, therefore you will independently develop and manage new solutions in the area of operational control, monitoring, CI/CD deployment, and implement them independently.
  • You will support the technical operation of the customer with your know-how, analyze disruptions in the team, and drive forward optimizations.
  • You will independently and through training courses acquire knowledge about new tools and technologies and evaluate their suitability and economic efficiency for use in operations and in our project.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in IT Operations, Linux-, Network-, and Application-Administration 
  • You are proficient in shell scripting in the Linux environment, and you ideally have experience in the use of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and the associated tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, Prometheus, Scripting, Python).
  • You are familiar with security aspects and the responsible handling of personal data.
  • You enjoy working independently and in an agile manner, and never lose sight of the goal.
  • In addition to your communication and teamwork skills in the internal and customer environment, you bring good German (at least B2 level) and very good English skills (at least C1 level).
