Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Support

·         Attend to all customer requests (via phone, e-mail or fax)

·         Operate SAP system to create quotations, sales orders, and invoices in accordance to customer requirements

·         Document sales order processes accurately: quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, delivery notes, invoices

·         Follow-up on pending quotations and orders

·         Proactively support sales managers and sales team members where needed

·         Collaborate with customers and finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments

 

Additional Responsibilities:

·         Assist manager during customer and internal stakeholder visits

·         Ensure up-to-date customer data in SAP system

·         Provision of company brochures, technical information leaflets, needle catalogues, advertising & marketing material, and corporate gifts to customers

·         Document customer feedback and prepare clear & concise reports for the Technical Department

·         Communicate investigation reports to customers

 

   Job Requirements: 

·         Great customer service skills

·         Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales support or back office duties

·         Technically-inclined, with experience using SAP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·         Fluent both spoken & written English

·         Meticulousness & attention to details

·         Good administration skills
