We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Onboarding Manager (all genders) to join our team. The Onboarding Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the integration process for our partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform. This role involves developing and refining processes to improve integration procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to partners with both technical and business inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Tasks

Develop and implement processes to streamline and optimize partner onboarding and integration procedures.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support throughout the integration process.
Assist partners with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges related to integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure successful integration and alignment with partner needs.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in integration processes and tools, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to educate them on our platform capabilities and integration best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and resources for partners to reference during the integration process.

Your Profile

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of APIs, and web services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications is a plus.

Fluent in English (company language)
