Your qualifications:

Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification or experience

Solid knowledge of backend development with PHP, ORM frameworks (e.g. Doctrine) and common frameworks (e.g. Symfony or Zend)

Solid knowledge in the use of HTML / CSS (SASS)

Furthermore, you should feel comfortable in the world of frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript and one of the common frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue

You are familiar with deployment processes, CI/CD, version management (git)
