Tasks
- Identification and analysis of network security vulnerabilities to ensure a robust security infrastructure
- Development and implementation of comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems
- Conducting regular security audits and penetration tests to assess and improve the security posture
- Planning, configuring, and implementing protective mechanisms such as firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and other security solutions
- Conducting training and awareness activities for employees to enhance awareness of security risks and promote best practices
- Coordinating incident response in security incidents to minimize data loss or system downtime and expedite recovery
- Assessment and integration of new security technologies and tools for continuous improvement of the security infrastructure
- Development of disaster recovery plans and conducting tests to ensure rapid recovery from serious security incidents
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the security situation to detect potential threats early and respond appropriately
- Organization and conduct of training and workshops for employees to strengthen security awareness and ensure compliance with security policies
- Completed degree or relevant professional experience in the field of information security or IT security
- Thorough knowledge of network security, encryption standards, and security protocols
- Experience with security assessment tools and methods as well as with the implementation of security solutions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to convey complex security concepts understandably
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or comparable are advantageous
- Experience in creating security architectures and integrations
- Required tool knowledge: CyberArk, DirX, Sailpoint
- Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts understandably and interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Competence to identify problems, critically analyze them, and develop appropriate solutions to meet the requirements in the field of structured products
- Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities and to operate effectively in a dynamic work environment
