Werkstudent | Working Student (f/m/d) Agile Methoden

Als Werkstudent (f/m/d), unterstützt du die gesamte Produktentwicklung der beiden Agile Release Trains (ART) Car Sales. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Begleitung agiler Methoden.

Du bist als Mitglied des Teams von Agile Coaches in vielen Bereichen involviert. Hier warten spannende Projekte auf dich: Du hast die Möglichkeit eine agile internationale Produktentwicklung zu erleben und mitzugestalten. Du unterstützt die Agile Coaches im day-to-day Business. Darüber hinaus hast du eigene Projekte, die du verantwortest und vorantreibst.

Bitte beachte, dass du als Werkstudent:in nicht alle Punkte von Beginn an erfüllen musst.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:

• Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops - u.a. Vorschläge zur Methodik, Erstellung von Online-Whiteboards
• Unterstützung bei der Moderation, Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Unterstützung in der Vor- und Nachbereitung und Koordination von agilen Events (z.B. PI Planning)
• Eigene Projekte, z.B. Übernahme von Retrospektiven in agilen Teams
• Übernahme von projektübergreifenden Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Release Train Engineers – u.a. Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen in den beiden ART Car Sales

As a working student (f/m/d), you will support the entire product development of the Agile Release Train (ART) Online Car Sales. Your focus will be on the support of agile methods.

You will be involved in many areas as a member of the Agile Coaches team. Exciting projects are waiting for you: You will have the opportunity to experience and help shape an agile international product development. You will support the Agile Coaches in the day-to-day business as well as have your very own projects. 

Please note that as a working student you do not have to fulfill all points completely from the beginning.

Your tasks will include:

• Conception, implementation and follow-up of workshops - including suggestions for methodology, creation of online whiteboards
• Support in moderation, documentation of results
• Support in the preparation, follow-up and coordination of agile events (e.g. PI Planning)
• Own projects e.g. taking over retrospectives in agile teams
• Takeover of cross-project topics in close cooperation with our Release Train Engineers – including support in the drafting of organizational development measures in the both ART Online Car Sales

• Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule oder Universität mit Fokus auf Kommunikation, Psychologie, BWL, VWL, Informatik, Medien, oder etwas ganz anderes. Eine Erklärung, was dich an der Stelle interessiert und welche Fähigkeiten du mitbringst, reicht uns aus.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Agile Methoden und Agile Produktentwicklung (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe …) wäre wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Miro von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Du bist sorgfältig und gewissenhaft
• Kommunikationsstärke und proaktives Mindset
• Can-do Mentalität und self-starter!

• Enrollment at a college or university with a focus on communication, psychology, business administration, economics, computer science, media, or something completely different, a good explanation is enough for us
• Experience in Agile methods and Agile product development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ...) would be desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with Miro would be an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
• You are diligent and conscientious
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Can-do mentality and self-starter!
