Job Overview
One of my favorite clients to work with offering SaaS that helps IT consulting companies consolidate and more effectively manage their customers is hiring! Their product is designed to be both powerful and scalable to meet the needs of businesses around the globe.
Coming in as an engineering leader in a Manager or Director capacity, your job day to day is to contribute to technical strategies, identify and solution key problem and challenge areas of the business, manage teams of engineers through guidance and mentorship all while remaining hands on technically.
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $180K -$300k + benefits + stock options
The Role:
- Contribute to high level technical strategies and collaboration meetings amongst other leaders.
- Provide technical evaluations and guidance for engineering teams.
- Balance multiple product offerings and challenge areas of the business.
- Contribute to architecture and hands-on coding when needed.
- Code review and mentorship.
Needed Experience:
- Engineering team leadership experience.
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery.
- Skills: Java, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Postgres, NoSQL, Spring.
- SaaS, client facing offerings/products experience.
