Profile

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand our DECATHLON customers and German consumers, including surveys, customer feedback analysis, market research, participatory workshops, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
  • You monitor and translate research findings into actionable insights and design directions through written reports and presentations to the management and stakeholders.
  • You collaborate with all the business units to understand their visions and requirements to ensure user-centered decisions are applied.
  • You facilitate evidence-based decisions through a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • You create and deliver training about our customer feedback tools, to ensure stakeholders autonomy and be an user research sparring partner for the company.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related fields, such as Consumer Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or Market Research.
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a consumer researcher or a comparable field.
  • You have expertise in using customer feedback platforms such as Medallia, Qualtrics, and SurveyMonkey.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and execute projects across a wide range of areas.
  • You are confident in presenting your findings to stakeholders and you are proficient in German and English.
