This position will lead the HCM Gen AI Adoption. He /she will also function as product owner and main architect.  This includes design coordination with Infor OS platform team, IDS, and Landmark team.


What You Will Need?

  • 3-8 yrs relevant experience 
  • Experience API testing (test automation)
  • Graduate of any computer related course
  • Knowledgeable of SDLC
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
  • Good Analysis skills

  • HCM Domain Background 
  • AI front engineering 

A Day In the Life Typically Includes: 

  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
  • Execute quality improvement testing and activities
  • Develop quality assurance standards and processes
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  • Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
