About the job
Your key responsibility is to support the Investigators on daily tasks, including:
- Screen and assess all incoming whistleblower cases and assign responsible investigator
- Develop communication materials and awareness campaigns for our whistleblower system ‘Falck Alert’
- Support with investigations (documentation review, witness interviews, etc.)
- Prepare memos and presentations to Audit Committee, Board of Directors and other stakeholders
- Review and update our policies and processes to ensure compliance with external requirements
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
About you
The person we are looking for is studying a relevant (master's) degree within risk management, international relations, business, finance, or similar, and has 1-3 years left of the studies.
We expect you are:
- Eager to learn and self-driven
- Critical thinker who challenge current set-up and information
- Creative and a true communication wizard
- Attentive to details, but with a holistic mindset
- Interested in learning about investigations
- Able to engage with different types of stakeholders
- Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Furthermore, you are strong in written and verbal English. It is not a requirement that you speak or write Danish but will be considered an advantage.

You will be part of a small, but highly competent and dedicated team.
Your new team manage Falcks whistleblower system “Falck Alert” and oversee all investigations globally in Falck within suspected fraud, violence, theft, discrimination, harassment, etc. directly or via local investigators.
