KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the further enhancement of our global real estate investment strategy process
  • Assist in top-down market and portfolio analysis on a global basis
  • Take part in regular dashboard updates for investors
  • Analysis of economic, financial, demographic and real estate market data
  • Support the preparation of client presentations
  • Update and enhance process descriptions and working templates
  • Perform project management tasks

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies and/or experience in real estate, business administration or economics
  • Prior experience with investment strategy/research is of advantage
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint and especially Excel)
  • Team player with outstanding conceptual skills and willingness to learn
  • Very strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills and experiences in an international working environment
