Online Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
for both our D2C Online-Shops of our own bitop brands EctoCare® (Consumer Health Care & active ingredient skincare) and bitopEQUI® (Horse Health Products).
You can expect an exciting and very varied area of responsibility, which you will help to shape and develop independently. For this position, we are looking for a strategic thinker who is characterized by a high level of initiative, strong problem-solving skills and an independent way of working.
As an Online Performance Marketing Manager, you will be an important part of a growing "start-up within a company" and thus form an intermediary between various departments, customers and the management. That's why we are primarily looking for people who can adapt flexibly to rapidly changing environments and never lose sight of their customer and service orientation.
Your mission with us
As an
Online Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the
planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns around our two D2C online stores. Your main tasks include:
- Offsite campaign planning and execution: you will implement campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta, conduct A/B tests, monitor campaign performance, measure success and make recommendations for actions based on the results.
- Onsite marketing management: You are responsible for the implementation, control and optimization of all relevant onsite marketing measures. This is done in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and your colleagues from Marketing.
- Conversion optimization: You optimize the conversion rate along the entire customer journey and further develop personalization and individualization measures in the store.
- Providing impulses for web content: Based on your data-driven analyses, you will support the specialist departments with targeted recommendations for optimizing web content. You analyze user behavior and conversion rates in order to increase the effectiveness of content and improve the user experience. Your findings and suggestions serve as the basis for the continuous further development of our web presence and contribute directly to increasing the performance of our online platforms.
- Performance measurement and reporting: Your regular tasks will include the continuous measurement of campaign success as well as the preparation and presentation of reports for internal and external purposes. You will derive optimization measures based on the data.
- Market observation: You will be responsible for regularly observing market and competitive trends and checking the feasibility of new developments.
- Maintenance and optimization of the CMS: You will use the content management system to maintain and optimize the content on our platforms.
- Support with internationalization: You will be actively involved in the further internationalization of our online stores.
