Job Description
- Assist the Director Clinical Division/ Head Marketing by fulfilling administrative tasks, travel management and
- expense processing
- Run own assigned projects to support the Director / Head
- General support in communications, agenda management, meeting planning, team management, analysis, summaries, etc.
- Organize Marketing Team meetings incl. summary and follow-up
- Organise global management meetings for clinical divisions AO Spine & AO Vet
- Support AO Spine/ AO VET International Board and communicate and Interact with Board members worldwide,
- follow-up of action points, minute taking for meetings, organize elections, process reimbursements, travel support etc.
- Act as point of contact person for the Marketing team as well as both the AO Spine and AO Vet divisions
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of executive support experience and event management background and/or experience with event management,
- experience in similar role / related field
- English fluency is mandatory (written and oral skills) German language skills preferred / any additional language is a plus
- Very strong organizational skills, good attentions to detail, ability to progress multiple projects in parallel
- High customer orientation, role model in manners and behaviour
- Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks independently within allocated resources
- A proactive and motivated personality with trustworthiness, loyalty and reliability
