Marketing Assistant (Working Student) (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated working student to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while balancing your academic commitments. You will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials
Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics
Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Provide administrative support, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and assisting with project management tasks
You will help the company to reorganise itself, in the course of which there will be new tasks every day and plenty of room for ideas and implementation in an agile start-up environment

Our Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g.Linkedin) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance work and academic responsibilities
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is preferred
