Your Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic personality to join our sales team as a Sales Associate (Working Student). In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in sales while balancing your academic commitments. You will assist the sales team with various tasks and projects, learning key skills and techniques essential for success in the field of sales.

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers under the guidance of senior sales representatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file management, and maintaining CRM records
  • Assist in organizing and attending sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • You will help the company to reorganise itself, in the course of which there will be new tasks every day and plenty of room for ideas and implementation in an agile start-up environment
Our Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a professional setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to balance work and academic commitments
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace)
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required
