You will be part of the SW development and delivery of the Android Platform for our future generation vehicle fleet as part of a strong SW leadership team.

What awaits you?

• You ensure the delivery of a consistent Android platform product in quality towards the customer feature teams that will build on top great customer features.
• You shape and iterate the agile work model with your teams in close collaboration with your internal customers to implement state-of-the-art platform features.
• Together with the SW architecture practice you ensure the implementation and integration of innovative concepts and technologies into the SW stack.
• You will lead and consolidate the different requirements from internal and external stakeholders into the overall project backlog.
• You are part of a great leadership team and work continuously on the improvement of the system/setup/environment to further empower our developer community to ship great products.

What should you bring along?

• Multiple years of experience and track records in leading and delivering software projects, ideally in consumer electronics as well as in in-vehicle infotainment.
• Deep technical background in software engineering, ideally proven experience in software development.
• Preferably experience in App and Android Platform development.
• Passion for customer-centric product development, understanding and leveraging digital eco-systems.
• Experiences in applying and iterating modern SW development practices and methods.
• Excellent English communication skills and good German skills are required.
