Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

SAP-Prozess- und Anwendungsberatung in SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors
Übernahme der (Teil-)Projektleitung in Kundenprojekten
Konzeption in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich
Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen mit und unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von Optimierungsansätzen im Abgleich mit den Anforderungen unserer Kunden.
Customizing und Implementierung von kundenspezifischen SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Lösungen
Unterstützung der Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
Konzeption, Test, Koordination der Umsetzung und Übergabe an Fachbereiche
Weiterentwicklung und Coaching von (neuen) Mitarbeitern

Für Job-Einsteiger:

Nach erfolgreicher Absolvierung unseres Ausbildungsprogramms lernst Du "on the Job" die Prozesse, Projektmethodik und Funktionalitäten in Bezug auf SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) tiefer kennen.
Im Ausbildungsprogramms erhälts du auch notwendige Zertifizierung.

Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen Abschluss als Fachinformatiker oder Informatikkaufmann, sowie erste relevante Berufserfahrung
(Erste) Kenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen und in SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors
(Erste) Programmiererfahrung in ABAP sind von Vorteil
Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und professionelles Auftreten
Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie qualitätsorientierten Arbeitsweise
Geringe bis mittlere Reisebereitschaft in bestimmten Projektphasen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch C1)

Your tasks and responsibilities

SAP process and application consulting in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Assumption of (partial) project management in customer projects
Conception in cooperation with the business department
Analysis of business processes with and support in the development of optimization approaches in alignment with the requirements of our customers.
Customizing and implementation of customer-specific SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions
Supporting the development of customer-specific solutions
Conception, testing, coordination of implementation and handover to specialist departments
Further development and coaching of (new) employees

For job entrants:

After successfully completing our training program, you will get to know the processes, project methodology and functionalities related to SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) in more depth "on the job".
In the training program you will receive the corresponding SAP certification.

Your profile

A degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, (business) engineering, economics or a degree in IT or IT business administration, as well as initial relevant professional experience
(Initial) knowledge of business processes and SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
(Initial) programming experience in ABAP is an advantage
Analytical and structured thinking skills, initiative and professional appearance
Ability to work in a team, service mentality and quality-oriented way of working
Low to medium willingness to travel in certain project phases
Business fluent German and fluent written and spoken English (German C1)
