We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as Live Chat Specialists to provide support for our apprat.io no-code platform. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and processing support requests from our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers receive prompt and friendly assistance, even in high-pressure situations.

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will work closely with our development team to provide detailed descriptions of bugs and enhancement requests. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, has excellent communication skills, and brings a high level of energy to their work.

The ideal candidate for this role enjoys helping customers and has a strong command of the English language. You should also have a high level of comfort working with computers and software, with previous experience in technical software support being a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also essential.
