Commercial Product management support in SW & Services business unit (XC-DX) – Pre-Master student (w/m/div.)
Aufgaben
The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for dedicated bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience in order to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial relationships. The second phase includes the master's degree and includes other events and seminars as well as personal support from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
- Pricing in pre-selling phase / during acquisition projects
- Defining SW packages & bundles incl. pricing strategy
- Build up argumentation & fighting guides with support of XC/SWS, sales teams
- Defining SW business opportunities for running projects
- Research and investigation of all sold D&P Feature list in customer projects
- PCB & sales teams with set up of business case calculations for acquisitions and Setup & maintain database for market prices & price derivations for SW features
Profil
- Education: Above-average university degree (Bachelor)for business administration/ economics and concrete intention to start a Master's degree afterwards
- Personality: high willingness to collaborate interdisciplinary (commercial, market, sales, purchasing…) and interculturally. Systematically & structured work, analytically and efficiently. You show high level of initiative and are willing to take active responsibility. Strong communication skills, empathy and ability to work under pressure
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in automotive industry / controlling / sales controlling, knowledge & interest in driving & parking software / services
- Enthusiasm: You identify with your job, enjoy working with people and are passionate about both technical and commercial topics
- Languages: German and English, fluent (both written & spoken)
