Your tasks
- Carrying out manual work and minor repairs as well as processing lists of deficiencies
- Monitoring the tidiness and the flawless overall condition of the house, including the technical
premises and facilities
- Implementation of and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Supervision of the green areas and the outdoor area including cleaning work and winter service
- Responsibility for waste disposal
- Willingness to support other hotels of the Centro Group
- Cooperation with external companies as well as coordination and control of the work carried out
- Ordering consumables and checking delivery notes for accuracy
- On-call duty

Requirements
- You have already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry
- You ideally have completed vocational training in the craft sector
- Flexible working hours suit you
- You are results-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
- You are flexible and able to work under pressure
- You have a well-groomed appearance and a friendly and engaging personality
- You are open to continuous development
- Driving licence desirable
