DevOps Engineer – Services Management (Keycloak & OpenLDAP)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes operations and Ansible automation. This role will have a specific focus on Keycloak & OpenLDAP. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and have a deep understanding of cloud-native service management. Moreover, the ideal candidate likes to dig through the vast expanse of open source documentation to find the best solution.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, maintain and manage Keycloak & OpenLDAP services.
  • Design and implement Ansible playbooks and roles for automation, ensuring seamless integration and high availability of services.
  • Stay updated with the latest in Kubernetes and Ansible developments, ensuring that our operations remain cutting-edge.
  • Monitor system health, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Respond promptly to updates, major incidents, and service disruptions, even outside of regular business hours.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for all managed services.
  • Continuously improve our ansible pipelines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other teams as necessary.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Native Service Management.
  • Design and implement Ansible playbooks and roles for automation, ensuring seamless integration and high availability of services.
  • Willingness to respond to updates and major incidents outside of normal business hours.
  • Experience with Grafana Observability Stack (Grafana, Grafana Agent, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, k6), OnlyOffice Document Server, NATS, DNS, ClamAV or postfix, Trivy will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
