Your tasks
- Looking after our international clientele
- Work in the night service
- Independent performance of all reception work, check-in, check-out,
- cash accounting, controls, reporting, daily closings, correspondence
- Use of the hotel programme PROTEL and MS Office
- Accepting and processing reservations
- Implementation of our quality standards at the reception desk
- Compliance with safety standards and legal regulations

Requirements
- Experience in the hotel industry or a similar activity at the reception desk
- confident in using the hotel programme PROTEL as well as MS Office
- flexible and able to work under pressure and happy to work night shifts
- independent and structured work, with attention to detail and creativity
- a well-groomed appearance and a friendly, warm personality
- confident in communicating in German and English
