We are looking for a
Management Assistant (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services
full-time / part-time
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling of transportation (worldwide dispatch of goods) and control of timely and proper handling
Creation of shipping and export documents (delivery bills, invoices, movement certificates, certificates of origin)
Processing of freight invoices, returns as well as credit and debit notes
Cost and quality control, processing of complaints
Communication / fine-tuning with production and the warehouse
What you need:
Successfully completed vocational training in the forwarding / logistics industry an dideally initial experience in the export business and in the preparation of required customs documents
current knowledge of customs regulations (export) disrable
Proficiency in spoken and written English, other foreign languages an advantage
Familiar with common computer software (MS Office), SAP knowledge advantageous
Friendly open-minded nature, willingness to work in a team of 5 people
Independent and careful way of working, even when things have to be done quickly
