Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for purchasing various goods and services
  • Handling the entire order process in our ERP system, from requesting quotations to placing orders and checking invoices
  • Control of order and stock quantities; determination and maintenance of scheduling key figures
  • Drafting contracts and conducting supplier discussions incl. Contract, condition and price negotiations
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments
  • Import customs clearance
  • Processing of complaints
  • Market observation and analysis, preparation of reports and implementation of supplier evaluations and audits
  • Continuous further development and optimization of procurement strategies and processes

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Preferably several years of professional experience in purchasing
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Occasional willingness to travel

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
