Your mission at ProteinDistillery:

• Market evaluation, definition of target groups and and determination of the value proposition
• Set the directions for new product development and improvments
• Optimization of sales and communication strategy in close interaction with product & marketing team
• Optimization of the value based pricing strategy for different target groups
• Acquisition of potential customers and accompaniment from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract

Your profile:

• You are a passionate advocate and a project maestro: A more sustainable future is your driving force and thrives you in managing intricate projects - ready to steer our ship through a phase of hypergrowth.
• Degree in food science, economics or a comparable field and best-case experience in alternative food solutions
• Strong communication skills, persuasive, and open to new ideas
• Goal-oriented, proactive problem solver with creative thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in both English and German
• Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in sales, food industry, or related areas
