Your future role.
- You will be part of our global Functional Excellence team
- You will be responsible as team lead for the Planning, Controlling and Reporting (PCR) in procurement
- Responsibility for the Factory and Region Purchasing Volume of 2’’ EUR
- Your international team of 5 Procurement Controllers is responsible for Logistics and Procurement Controlling for 5 division, including indirect materials PVO
- Collaboration with local Controllers in our factories and regions as well as with our internal, crossfunctional partners
- Responsibility for a timely and accurately annual budget and monthly YTD /FC planning and reporting of CNI
- Responsibility to cover all requirements of SCM Corporate and performing respective KPI reporting, e.g PUC reporting
- Driving digitalization of our processes, responsibility for further developing procurement related methods and tools
- Second reporting line to Innomotics Controlling to ensure an aligned reporting approach and collaboration with other functions (e.g., Management, Finance) to align reporting processes and their adherence
- You will contribute to future standalone setup for Procurement Controlling to ensure best organizational frame conditions
- Definition of a tailored and business specific Procurement Controlling
- Finally, development of global procurement controlling guidelines to achieve lean state of the art processes throughout the organization
Your profile.
- A successfully completed university degree in the field of controlling or comparable
- At least 10 years of professional experience in performance or procurement controlling
- Experience in the fields of Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- You have a high level of cost awareness and are familiar with controlling tools
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment and to deal with several complex tasks, situations, and various stakeholders at the same time
- You show initiative, solution orientation, and creativity when working on tasks and processes
- An analytic and conscious way of thinking and approaching things
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as ability to speak to various levels of hierarchy make you stand out
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, round up your profile
