What You'll Do:

  • Assist with gathering information for presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services.
  • Processing of all pre-qualifying questionnaires for the business unit
  • Preparation of sales documents, including RFI & RFP
  • Research new ways to make services appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
  • Maintain the list of targets, track progress and issue periodic updates to senior team members.
  • Recommend and coordinate process implementations to ensure ongoing improvement in sales support functions.
  • Work together with the Business Development Manager on Market Mapping & Sales Reporting 
  • Ensure Business plans, reports and strategies are accurate on time
  • Partner with Research and Marketing teams to generate reports and materials for Sales Management
  • Provide the Sales team with insight based on goals and daily interactions with the sales team.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques / procedures to accomplish signed tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model beahviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others in the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Support of Mobilization as and when required to guarantee a proper handover from Sales to Operations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considererd. Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent command of the German & English language demonstrated through good verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of the local market and experience in networking in the Data Center Industry
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Able to work systematically and use own initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Oulook, etc.
