Senior Inhouse Consultant - Salesforce CRM (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- You will be driving the design and continuous improvement of complex CRM solutions in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners
- You will consult on the optimization of CRM processes and design proper IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
- You will define technical specifications for SW-development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the life cycle of designed solutions
- Potential analysis for new features of the regular Salesforce releases and its impact on OneCRM and scan for relevant innovation and new technologies to identify further potential
- Specification of the requirements, support of the agile implementation and acceptance by taking part in refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies and testing session
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant area
- You convince with significant experience in designing, implementing and improving IT-based CRM processes (inhouse or external), with strong knowledge of Salesforce and ideally have Salesforce certifications
- You are familiar with Salesforce CRM solution and the integration into an overall customer experience as well as further corporate IT solutions
- You have a good mix of competences in CRM business process and project management concepts and tools e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, SCRUM (agile)
- You are fluent in English and ideally also able to communicate in German, or any other additional language
- You would be willing to travel – if required - to Knauf sites on all continents
