Our Global Contract Logistics team is currently looking for a

WMS Manager Global Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

With work place in our region South East Asia (remote or hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • You manage cross-functional project teams and work together with our customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the new information systems environment, well-adjusted to the processes of each warehouse operation globally. You develop process controls and quality gates in order to ensure process adherence, customer/carrier satisfaction and to enforce the global application of process standards. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage WMS implementation projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery with cross-functional teams
  • Logistics and warehouse process analysis and design
  • Solution design, system and integration setup, documentation
  • System testing and customer solution verification
  • Implement internal training concept and execute training locally in coordination with local HR
  • Go live planning and support
  • Assist in the global key user support
  • Ensure that Röhlig entities use appropriate resources and processes with regard to health and safety topics

 

Skills required

  • Degree in engineering with solid interest in IT and supply chain business processes
  • Experience in implementing a WMS, familiarity with INFOR WMS is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of operations and applications within logistics and supply chain
  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus, further languages are a plus
  • Distinct analytical thinking and robust problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive solution oriented attitude, also under pressure
  • Possibility and willingness to travel globally
