PreMaster Programm - Management Assistance in FC Area, Focus Controlling
Aufgaben
- Controlling of the cost saving activities of a business unit.
- Support the process from ideation to Implementation of cost saving measures.
- Provide the relevant cost data for cost saving workshops.
- Structure the outcome and commercially evaluate the various ideas together with engineering, purchasing and project management. This results in a business case as a base for the project release by the management.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide relevant data for the management decisions and the project managers for project steering.
- Support to coordinate all cost reduction projects and activities in global team, mainly Germany, Hungary, USA, Mexico, China, India and Australia.
- Support the monthly management meetings for the product areas.
- Setup the monthly reporting for our management together with the controlling.
Profil - Education: You will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Statistics, Management, Computer Science or Economics and have obtained above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter.
- Experience and Knowledge: data analysis, planning & forecasting, project management preferred
- Personality and Working Practice: decisive, organized, team driven, adaptable, dedicated, outgoing with a global outlook
- Languages: English C1 level mandatory, German B1 preferred

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
