Die EnPV GmbH ist eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg mit Sitz in Karlsruhe. EnPV wurde 2017 gegründet, um ein neuartiges Herstellungsverfahren für PV-Rückkontaktsolarzellen (IBC) zu kommerzialisieren.

Vielfältige Aufgaben
Job description:
  • You will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of metallization processes for silicon solar cells, with strong focus on screen-printing
  • Part of your tasks are also, the measurement and evaluation of metallization processes, including IV testing, life-time measurements, QSSPC measurements and TLM measurements
  • Moreover, processing highly efficient solar cells and working towards industrial maturity of both, process and equipment, forms part of your responsibility
  • Communication with industrial and academic partners is a vital aspect of this position
Überzeugendes Profil
Who you are:
  • Master’s degree (or higher degree) from a leading academic institution in the field of Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience of screen-printing processes for the semiconductor industry or better, for the PV industry
  • A deep understanding of solar cell functionality is an advantage
  • Strong work ethics, analytical skills, independent and goal-orientated working style is a must, while English (min. C-1 level, written and spoken) is required
