For your Clarios EMEA headquarter in Hannover/Germany, we are looking for a new Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Correspondence and travel schedule planning for the President Clarios EMEA
Coordinate meetings, track and distribute minutes, follow-up actions, facilitate project reviews
Manage team deliverables and ensure timely follow up and action planning:
Create professional presentations for weekly project reporting, communication meetings, monthly meetings, quarterly Global Summits and training materials
Act as appoint of contact for external and internal clients
Coordinate day-to-day communication between all functional Leaders
Manage the information flow inside the respective department, to and from the “Leadership Team” as well as to and from outside
Compile statistics and monthly reports (database queries)
Prepare professional presentations using MS Office PowerPoint
Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
Attend Leadership Team, Steering Committee meetings or other meetings as requested in order to record minutes
Assists in organizing and planning company events and annual meetings
Close collaboration with Executive Assistants of other functions and regions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
University degree in Economics or similar education in Commercial or general management field
Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in German and English
Advanced working experience as Executive Assistant or similar role
Precise, effective, and clear communication as well as high ability to cooperate at all levels of a matrix organization
Ability to analyze, identify and suggest improvements in area of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal relations with high level of service orientation
Ability to work proactive on decision-making-processes with loyalty, confidentiality and discretion
Excellent organizational skills and ability to be adaptive to changes
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, especially in Outlook
