Technical Buyer

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training is the basis, professional experience in technical purchasing of services and goods is an advantage – but an extensive familiarisation phase can also provide all the knowledge required at Adenso.
• Basic MS Office skills are required as well as written and spoken English.
• With negotiating skills and cost awareness, all organisational activities in global purchasing are successful.
• Supporting the purchasing team with administrative and purchasing-related tasks (such as processing delivery notes and invoices) is part of the job, as is
• Supporting the management in all administrative tasks, appointment management and office organisation.
• Other areas of activity include monitoring the market for potential suppliers and preparing analyses relevant to purchasing,
• Monitoring and checking of deadlines, incoming goods, complaints and dispatch as well as the
  
• Securing and maintaining master data and merchandise planning.
• Communication with suppliers, service providers and colleagues is part of the “tools of the trade”, as is the
• Scheduling and organisation of meetings.
