Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You analyze the requirements of our plants through value streams, information flows and process recordings.
  • You develop innovative logistics concepts with a focus on efficiency and provide targeted support for lean and automation activities as well as for the creation of roadmaps.
  • You identify appropriate best practices and promote their transfer in our production network through to successful implementation.
  • You take responsibility for your own projects, coordinate or coach the cross-functional team members and present your project results with applied project management.
  • You identify, analyze, and support the introduction of innovative technologies to improve intralogistics processes, such as automated storage systems and intelligent picking and transportation systems.

Your professional qualification and experience

  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree and longterm experience in the field of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of innovative methods of intralogistics, such as automated material flow systems, warehouse management systems or robotics.
  • You have experience with value stream and process analyses / simulations, can identify fields of action, develop solutions in a team and successfully implement them in value-added processes.
  • You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working, decision-making skills, result and quality orientation as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You communicate fluently in English and optionally in German.
  • You are a motivated team player with a high level of interpersonal competence, are open to other cultures and ideally have some intercultural experience in international project work.
  • You consider it an exciting challenge to be on the road for about 25 percent of your working time.
  • The confident handling of MS Office applications as well as digital communication is natural for you.
  • You are proficient in the organization and moderation of workshops.
