Mitwirken bei der Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung Corporate Governance und Compliance
Pflege und Erweiterung des Contract Management Systems
Entwurf und Beratung zu internen rechtlichen Richtlinien, Weisungen, Leitfäden, Vertragsvorlagen usw.
Pflege und Überarbeitung von Musterverträgen, Vertragsmodulen, Vertragsklauseln und Standarddokumenten
Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Abteilungen und externen Geschäftspartnern
Unterstützung bei juristischen Aus- und Weiterbildungen
Your Profile
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
Sehr gute Rechtskenntnisse im Bereich Handels- und/oder Vertragsrecht, national und international
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
