About this role
- Beanstandungen erfassen, aufnehmen und dokumentieren
- Beanstandungsakte gemäß Regelwerk führen
- Untersuchungen zu Beanstandungen veranlassen, terminlich verfolgen und ggf. eskalieren
- Fristgerechter Abschluss von Complaints, die zu Trends oder Service Fällen gehören
- Kommunikation mit Complainteinreichern und Kunden inkl. Management von Rückmeldungen zu Complaint Abschlüssen
- Umsetzung der Beschlüsse der täglichen Stand-Up Meetings in den Complaint-Tools
- Weiterentwicklung der täglichen Stand-Up Meetings inkl. Anforderungsmanagement an bestehende Business Prozess Management Tools
- Unterstützung während Audits
What you need to bring
- abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
- Grundkenntnisse bzgl. DCU und Complainthandling und der dazugehörigen Vorschriften
- XP-Produktkenntnisse, Systemüberblick, Kenntnis der Kundenworkflows
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analysefähigkeit und Systemdenken
- Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
