Join us as a Team Assistant Clinical Development Operations and play a pivotal role in coordinating activities for our R&D program and clinical study teams. Assist with the coordination of clinical study activities, including study tracking, documentation management, and meeting logistics.
Support the setup and management of R&D program and clinical studies under the direction of the Program Head(s), Clinical Operations Program Lead(s) or (global) Clinical Study Lead(s).
Facilitate communication and documentation flow within internal and external (regional) clinical study teams.
Assist with clinical study conduct activities, including startup, enrollment and maintenance, and closure phases.
May assist with cross-functional clinical study meeting coordination and other duties as assigned.

Your profile

Completion of training as a secretary, office management clerk, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship is preferred, though relevant industry experience may also be considered.
Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively manage time and responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic documentation systems like JIRA.
Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
