Wie Du die Energiewende vorantreibst

Du bist die Schnittstelle des Teams zu allen organisatorischen Abläufen. Ob Termine, Seminare oder Reisen - Du hast alles im Blick
Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle wenn es um die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen geht
Du arbeitest zusammen mit unserem HR-Team am optimalen Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen für das Finance-Team
Du bist für die allgemeine Datenbankpflege verantwortlich und erstellst Statistiken anhand elektronischer Daten und Unterlagen
Du kümmerst Dich um die Büroorganisation und treibst auch Digitalisierungsprozesse voran

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln können
Teamgeist ist nicht einfach ein leeres Buzzword für Dich
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sind für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch (C1+)- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B1+) in Wort und Schrift mit

Du bestichst durch Dein souveränes und freundliches Auftreten in allen Situationen
Du denkst mit, arbeitest gerne strukturiert und kleine Fehler findest Du sofort

How you drive the energy transition forward

You are the team's interface to all organizational processes. Whether appointments, seminars or travel - you have everything in view
You are the central point of contact when it comes to creating and editing presentations.
You work together with our HR team on the optimal onboarding of new colleagues for the Finance team.
You are responsible for the general database maintenance and create statistics based on electronic data and documents
You take care of office organization and also drive digitalization processes forward

What you already bring with you

You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position
Team spirit is not just an empty buzzword for you
Well-developed knowledge of the MS Office package is a matter of course for you
You are business fluent in German (C1+) and have a very good command of written and spoken English (B1+)

You impress with your confident and friendly appearance in all situations
You think along, you like to work structured and you find small mistakes immediately
