What part will you play?
Together with the CEO of the Business Segment Grid Control Solutions (GC)you are responsible for successfully managing a 100 Mio € plus business with focus on Region/HUB Germany, Benelux, MEA and Southeast Asia. As a member of the Core Management Team, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Together with the Segment CEO You will drive the organizational change management
  • You will apply proven management methods and business systems to improve profitability
  • Together with two other Regional Business Transformation Managers, global process owners, global agile transformation teams, and the global quality organization, you will drive forward and improve the organization-specific processes, guidelines, and rules
  • In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization implements and adheres to the Grid Control processes and tool landscape
  • Furthermore, you will maintain and monitor the process adherence cockpit and collaborate with project managers to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NCCs (Non-Conformance Costs), Time-to-Start, Time-to-Value and Delta Sales Margin vs. Order Entry Margin vs. Project Closure Margin to ensure continuous and measurable process improvement
  • Your tasks also include to facilitate methods and events to improve collaboration between engineering, bid management, delivery line managers and project teams to ensure effective application of our global GC process landscape
  • Moreover, you will conduct internal benchmarking of various sites to assess their adherence to global process standards, identify areas for improvement and track the progress of corrective actions
  • You will perform maturity assessments of processes and work with the Segment CEO to develop and agree improvement actions
  • In addition, you will exchange with the other two Business Transformation Managers across all Regions to ensure common practices globally
  • Finally you will report e global Segment CEO

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You need a proven track record in managing a team in a global, intercultural setting
  • As well as a strong ambition for growth
  • You bring 5+ years successfully managing external customer projects with proven experience in process management and facilitation, contract management, and change management
  • You convince with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Engineering
  • Besides, you have Experience in managing an organization applying and measuring a process system
  • You are characterized by knowledge of software-solution-specific processes and standards is a plus
  • You are Fluent in English
  • In addition you have the ability to drive an organization even when facing resistance
  • High degree of self-motivation is familiar to you
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Besides, you have a strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • As well as a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated capability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines are familiar to you
  • You are willing to travel (up to 25%)
  • You are characterized by being hungry, humble, competent
