• Quickly respond to the airline customer AOG requests in the most effective way, 24/7
• Serving customer requests in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
• Handling ad-hoc loan & exchange requests from airlines all around the globe
• Documenting actions taken in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, and paying attention to details
• Sourcing units worldwide when required including logistics solutions based on contractual conditions
• Track and t units until they reach their destination
• Developing supplier relations to extend our worldwide AOG network
• Supporting KPI generation to monitor and improve the AOG performance

Ihr Profil:

• You are able to provide excellent customer service in the aviation industry
• You are a team player and stay calm when things get hectic
• You are fluent in English, French or German language skills are beneficial
• You have a critical and analytical mindset and a "can do" attitude
• You have great communication and intercultural skills
• You are happy to work on a rotational 24/7 shift plan including on-call duty
• You have a valid work visa for Germany
