Für ein Projekt bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Donauwörth suchen wir Sie als Program Manager/in für den Bereich Program Management Contract Costs.

AUFGABE

Als Program Manager/in für den deutschen NH90-Kunden sind Sie verantwortlich für alle Performance Based Logistic (PBL)-Themen der deutschen NH90-Flotte. Ebenso tragen Sie Verantwortung für die
Umsetzung des entsprechenden vertraglichen German Operational Support (GOS)-Anteils des National Operational Support-Vertrags im Programm-Team PBL.
Ihre Aufgabe beinhaltet die Durchführung der notwendigen Planungsaktivitäten, dies bedeutet der integrierten Projektplanung sowie Bewertung und Überwachung der Financial Performance des Vertrags.
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Contract Manager für den so genannten Performance Based Logistic (PBL) Contract der deutschen NH90-Flotte

- Zuarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Erfüllung aller vertraglichen Verpflichtungen (z.B. Ersatzteillieferungen und -beschaffung, Repairs, Zusatzbeauftragungen) unter Einhaltung der Ziele
für Kosten, Termine und Qualität

- Nachverfolgung und Aktualisierung der Planung aller programmrelevanten Aktivtäten und Meilensteine sowie Koordination der integrierten Planung aller Fachbereiche und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden

- Überwachung und Auswertung der Financial Performance des Vertrags

- Support des Contract Life Cycle-Managements

- Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung des GOS-Anteils für die deutschen NH90-Flotte (TTH, NTH,MRFH), inklusive Vorbereitung des Vertragsstarts

- Erreichung der Vertragsziele unter Einhaltung aller Kosten-, Zeit- und Qualitätsziele

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Military Support Center (MSC) in Frankreich zum French Operational Support (FOS)

- Regelmäßiger Austausch und Benchmarking mit Airbus Defence and Space zum Eurofighter
C3-Vertrag, inklusive gegenseitiger Lessons Learnt

- Zuarbeit zur Erreichung und Sicherstellung der höchsten Standards hinsichtlich Kundenzufriedenheit

- Integriertes Arbeiten im Programm-PBL-Team

- Sicherstellung der integrierten Projektplanung gemäß Helicopter Integrated Planning-Standards

- Abgleich und Synchronisation aller internen und externen Aktivitäten hinsichtlich der Ausführung des erwähnten Vertrages, inklusive des notwendigen Stakeholder- und Suppliermanagements

- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Finanz-KPI`s mit den Fachbereichen, inklusive der Koordination der Rechnungsstellungen an und mit der NHI

- Aufbau und Koordination des EVM mit dem Finanzbereich

QUALIFIKATIONEN

- Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder im Bereich Controlling / Finanzen oder vergleichbar

- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement

- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

- Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP

- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher

TASK

As a program manager for the German NH90 customer, you are responsible for all Performance Based Logistics (PBL) topics for the German NH90 fleet. You are also responsible for the Implementation of the corresponding contractual German Operational Support (GOS) portion of the National Operational Support contract in the PBL program team.
Your task includes carrying out the necessary planning activities, which means integrated project planning as well as evaluating and monitoring the financial performance of the contract.
Your tasks:

- Contract Manager for the so-called Performance Based Logistic (PBL) contract of the German NH90 fleet

- Assisting in ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual obligations (e.g. spare parts deliveries and procurement, repairs, additional orders) while adhering to the goals for costs, deadlines and quality

- Tracking and updating the planning of all program-relevant activities and milestones as well as coordination of the integrated planning of all departments and coordination with the customer

- Monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of the contract

- Support of contract life cycle management

- Participation in the processing of the GOS share for the German NH90 fleet (TTH, NTH, MRFH), including preparation for the start of the contract

- Achievement of the contractual goals while adhering to all cost, time and quality goals

- Collaboration with the Military Support Center (MSC) in France on French Operational Support (FOS)

- Regular exchange and benchmarking with Airbus Defense and Space on the Eurofighter C3 contract, including mutual lessons learned

- Working to achieve and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction

- Integrated work in the program PBL team

- Ensuring integrated project planning according to Helicopter Integrated Planning standards

- Alignment and synchronization of all internal and external activities regarding the execution of the mentioned contract, including the necessary stakeholder and supplier management

- Monitoring and ensuring financial KPIs with the departments, including coordination of invoicing to and with the NHI

- Establishment and coordination of the EVM with the finance department

QUALIFICATIONS

- Study of industrial engineering or in the area of controlling/finance or comparable

- Professional experience in project management

- Experience working in an international environment

- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP

- Language skills: fluent in German, fluent in English
