We are looking for a

Global Process Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at one of our locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Netherlands – flexible working conditions available

What will be your challenge in the role:
You manage the process delivery for our most strategic clients across several countries.
You optimize existent and deliver new processes for our O2C, BNPL and 3DC services based on client-input and your benchmarking results.
You take responsibility for the alignment, prioritization and delivery of required change requests with the Business Unit and Dev.
You support during global incidents with the key stakeholders, define containment actions and prevent recurrences.

What you need to succeed in the role:
You have relevant professional experience.
You have first experience in (IT) project management in an international work environment.
You have a good process knowledge and understanding as well as analytical skills.
You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
