Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a proactive and results driven Partner Account Manager to drive new logo business and cross sell through new partner acquisition and existing partner account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and delivering value to prospects and customers. This is a full sales cycle role.
  • Create a detailed GTM strategic plan to prospect and onboard new partners to increase Enterprise New Logo and XSell Business.
  • Create analysis and a detailed plan to determine business growth potential of existing partners.
  • Identify and qualify potential partner opportunities by conducting high quality outbound activities through multiple outreach channels (calls, emails, social media)
  • Manage complex deals throughout the full sales cycle with partners — from prospecting to initial conversation to close/won.
  • Accurately forecast partner sales activity and bookings achievement.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with partner business leaders, providing detailed insights into the sales pipeline including open pipeline, lost pipeline and won pipeline.
  • Be a thought leader and key contributor for Harte Hanks at events, webinars, blogs, white papers etc. 
  • Facilitate joint business planning strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with Harte Hanks teams to align partner initiatives with overall sales strategies

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in an inside sales or partner sales role or a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to build strategic relationships; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new advocates.
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of negotiating principles and closing experience.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience establishing and leveraging strategic C-level relationships.
  • Experience executing compelling product and services presentations Face-to-Face and Virtually to Decision Maker at C-Staff, VP and Director level.
