Your profile

You are proactive, a great communicator and well-organized and bring the following:

• University degree in IT, business or any other relevant area
• Extensive experience as an Implementation Consultant implementing software solutions, ideally in SaaS environment (3+ years)
• Extensive experience managing projects and taking responsibility from start to finish
• Proficient use of German and English

If would be great if you also had:

• Experience in the Automotive, Chemical or Electronic industries, especially in manufacturing or Materials management / compliance area
• A good understanding of IMDS data and how it is used within the automotive industry for Materials compliance / management.

Your mission

• You take the lead and guide the customer through the whole implementation process, including configuring the product within the solution if required
• You capture, calidate and document user stories and concepts
• You leverage your industry knowledge (esp. about manufacturing and materials management) as well as product knowledge to support an optimal product delivery, training the customer if needed
• You take on the responsibility that the solutions are validated and implemented correctly
• You work with the Product Management and Sales team to create a seamless customer experience until you hand over the project to the Support and Customer Success team
• You document, capture and share knowledge for the customer as well as for your colleagues across the Customer Office
